In-house Applied Crowd Science (3 days)

We now offer this course in-house for a fixed group rate. You take care of the location, technical facilities, and F&B. This results in a significant discount on the course investment. During the course, we apply the available knowledge about Crowd Safety and Risk Analysis to your case studies and events. This includes: how and when your crowd size reaches a critical limit, and how the effects of design, information and management influence the behaviour of your crowd. These are vital parts of understanding public safety at your own event. We help your team individually or collectively to understand crowds, make the necessary security plans, and to interpret and deal with protests. By taking the course at your own location, your team can learn together and apply the knowledge in their own practice.

The group rate includes the following:

1. Participation in the three-day course for up to 20 participants;
2. Access to the online portal, which contains the full course as e-learning material and additional documentation for all participants;
3. A copy of Applied Crowd Science by Prof. Dr. Keith Still;
4. The opportunity to submit an assignment that qualifies participants to obtain a Certificate of Achievement at NVQ Level 5 (internationally accredited by Highfield, UK).

To organize the course in-house, it is necessary to provide a suitable training room with technical support for three consecutive days, as well as coffee, tea, lunch, and to arrange participant recruitment.
